COMBINATION OF THE CONTROL KEYS

CTRL + N Make bold letters.


CTRL + K Make letters in italics.
CTRL + S Underlining the letters.
CTRL + SHIFT + D Double Underline.
CTRL + DEL or DELETE Delete the word to the right of the cursor.
CTRL + BACKSPACE Delete the word to the left of the cursor.
CTRL + SHIFT + space bar Delete all the text.
CTRL+ C Copy the selected text or object.
CTRL+X Cut the selected text or object.
CTRL+V Paste the selected text or object.
CTRL+ALT+V Special glue.
CTRL+SHIFT+< Reduce the font size by one point.
CTRL+SHIFT+> Increase the font size by one point.
CTRL+[ Reduce the font size by one point.
CTRL+] Increase the font size by one point.
CTRL+spacebar Delete the paragraph or the character format.
CTRL+SHIFT+V Just stick to the format
CTRL+Z Undo the last action.
CTRL+Y Redo the last action.

ALT+SPACE+R Restore the active window.
F7 Run the spell checker.
F10 Activate the menu bar in the programs.

COMBINATIONS WITH THE 'WINDOWS' KEY

Open start menu 'Windows key'


Go to the desktop; 'Windows key + D'.
Explore my PC; 'Windows key + E'.
Open the run menu 'Windows key + R'
Search for files and folders; 'Windows key + F'
Utility manager; 'Windows key + U'
Switch user; 'Windows key + L'
Minimize the windows 'Windows key + M'
Select among the active windows in the lower bar using "Windows key + TAB" and to confirm.
we can press 'space' or 'enter'.

OTHER COMBINATIONS

"F1" is the help in both folders and some programs.


"F2" when a file or folder is selected will open the text box to rename
"F3" in any folder or in the browser is used to perform a search.
"F4" in the browser or in a folder opens the dropdown address bar.
"F5" refreshes the page, folder, or website we are on.
"F6" acts like the "tab" key, as it is used in the same way.
"F7" I have only found it useful in Office, it serves to correct each word one by one.
with some spelling error.
"F8" selects it completely within the text. In the player, the pause button is pressed.
"F9" lowers the volume on the player.
"F10" toggles between the window and the top toolbar. in the player, increase the volume.
"F11" hides the advanced controls and maximizes a window to give it a much
more attractive full screen.
"F12" in a file serves the function of "save as..."

Office 2013 eliminates the dropdown menus, where you used to look for the shortcut keys, to
being able to do everything from the keyboard, but the key combinations that were useful for edits
previous ones continue to operate and also incorporates a new method, which will become familiar to you.
