INTRODUCTION
Every young person can lead a clean life when they DECIDE: SEEK God wholeheartedly, LIVE
according to the Word and to REJOICE in walking the path of TRUTH.
It has been concluded, starting froḿ verse 9, that the author of this psalm was a young person. It may be, without
embargo, this allusion reflects
́ the interest of
́ the wise teachers in the well-being
́ of the youth
From the nation.
́ Young or old, in any case, the PATH of any man or woman is cleansed by the

Moffatt's translation
́ is clear and has a lot of strength: 'Staying true to ́ your word.'
Do not let me stray means: 'Do not let me make a mistake out of ignorance or distraction ́ (v. 67, 19:12).

What is a path?
10 With all my heart I have sought you; Seek the help of God
Do not let me deviate from your commandments. To not stray from the path.

To sin against you. Not to sin against God.
12 Blessed are you, oh Jehovah;
Show me your statutes. I want to learn.
The will of God and His Word not only serve to clear the way; they are also a reason for ́
joy for the heart. The statutes
́ (commandments, 13), the testimonies (14), commandments and
The paths (15) and the words (16) of Jehovah́ are JOY AND DELIGHT for the heart of́ the servant of God.
Alef expressed ́ longing (5), but the practical way ́ to move forward is to focus that longing on the
word of God and in the Lord ̃ himself (10, 12). The case of a young man is presented, that is, a situatioń in
that the life of purity is constantly

The heart is the helm of the person, from there all of life is directed.
