The suspect is poorly dressed and barefoot.
A lady sitting on the bus bench that stops on the avenue to pick up passengers comments to the young woman sitting next to her.

An elderly man passes by a very dirty man, holds his wallet, and begins to walk hurriedly. As soon as he notices the patrol car
parked a little further ahead, he feels safe, easing his steps.
A young man tries to dodge behind the stopped bus, the police he sees just ahead brings him discomfort, as his car
is filled with drugs that will be sold at the college where he studies.
The poorly dressed man decides to act, takes three steps forward, raises his hands, and grabs two promotional balls; he does the math.
