We shall maintain and present, upon request, to the MNRE / SECI inspection committee further documentation necessary
to support this certificate. Further, we shall not bar the MNRE / SECI inspection committee from visiting factories /
installations in relation to the agreement between manufacturing Company and SECI / MNRE or their representatives.
