Subject: Request for a Copy of an Ordinance/Resolution/Budget Proposal

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day!

I am Charlene B. Barillo, a bonafide resident of Argao, Cebu, and currently a


student at Cebu Technological University – Main Campus. I am enrolled in the
subject Basic Accounting, where one of our course requirements is to obtain
a copy of a government document such as an ordinance, resolution, or
budget proposal.

In this connection, I respectfully request a copy of any available document


from your good office. The material will be used exclusively for academic
purposes and will greatly aid me in understanding the practical applications
of accounting in governance.
