1. Game Title: Straw ’n Can
Number of Players:
Group activity (played by pairs, one pair at a time)
Materials Needed:
4 Empty can/container (with an opening on top)
10 Straw per team
Flat surface for the starting/finishing line
How to Play:
1. The first pair of players is given one straw. (1 straw each pair)
2. Their task is to insert the straw into the opening of the can/container.
3. After successfully placing the straw inside, they must turn around and go
back to the flat surface (the starting/finishing line).
4. Once done, the next pair from the same team will do the same.
5. The process continues until all pairs in the group have completed the
task.
Winning Condition:
The first group/team to have all pairs finish the activity will be declared the
winner.
2. Game Title: Nose Dive
Number of Players:
All players of each team
Materials Needed:
3 paper plate per team (one with cotton balls, one empty)
20 size small cotton balls per team
Petroleum jelly
How to Play:
1. Each player dips their nose in petroleum jelly/baby oil/hair gel.
2. Without using their hands, they must pick up a cotton ball by sticking it to
their nose.
3. Carefully move to the empty bowl and drop the cotton ball inside by shaking
or wiggling their nose.
4. Continue until the required number of cotton balls has been transferred.
Rules:
No hands allowed at any point (no touching the petroleum jelly/baby
oil/hair gel and cotton balls).
If a cotton ball falls outside the bowl, it does not count and the player must
pick a new cotton ball from the starting bowl.
3. Game Title: Cup Race
Number of Players:
All players of each team
Materials Needed:
1 balloon per player for each team
1 disposable cup per player for each team
Flat playing area
How to Play:
1. Each player is given a balloon and a disposable cup.
2. On the signal “GO,” players must blow up their balloon, place the cup in
starting line, and use the air released from the balloon to push/move the cup
along the race track.
3. Players can refill their balloons with air as many times as needed until the
cup reaches the finish line.
4. Once the first player finishes, the next teammate takes their turn.
5. The process continues until all team members have raced.
Rules:
No hands allowed to touch or push the cup forward (only balloon air can
move it).
Each player must complete to the finished line before the next teammate
starts.
Winning Condition:
The first team whose last player crosses the finish line with their cup is the
winner.
4. Game Title: Cornstarch Game
Number of Players:
All players of each team
Materials Needed:
Paper plates (1 per player)
Flour (or cornstarch)
Face masks (to use as blindfolds)
How to Play:
1. Each player of the team will blindfold themselves using the face mask
provided.
2. Each player will have a paper plate placed on top of their head.
3. The first player in each team will have their plate filled with flour.
4. On the signal “GO,” the first player must carefully tip their plate backward,
pouring the flour onto the plate of the next player in line all without using
their hands.
5. The process continues head-to-head passing until the flour reaches the
last player in the line.
Rules:
Players must remain blindfolded throughout the game.
Hands may not be used to hold, balance, or adjust the plate during play.
If flour spills outside the plates, it cannot be recovered.
The team with the most flour successfully passed to the last player’s
plate will be declared the winner.
5.Game Title: Rice Cup Word Game
Number of Players:
All players of each team
Materials Needed:
2 cups of rice for each team
A flat surface or table
A list of words that teams need to form
How to Play:
1. Each team is given 2 cups of rice.
2. The facilitator announces or shows a word that the teams must create.
3. On the signal “GO,” players will use the rice grains to arrange and form
the word on a flat surface.
4. Teams must complete the word as neatly and correctly as possible.
Rules:
Teams may only use the rice provided (no adding extra materials).
Hands may be used to arrange the rice, but no tools (like sticks or
spoons) unless specified.
The word must be legible and correctly spelled.
The first team to finish with a clear and correct word wins.
