In my life, I have read so many books and each one gave me a certain meaning. Today, I would like
to talk about a good book called Doraemon which left the strongest impression on me.

I was introduced to Doraemon at a very young age when my mother bought it for me at a bookstore.
I still remember how excited I was when I flipped through the colorful pages. The book’s story
revolves around a robot cat named Doraemon that comes back to the past to help a small boy named
Nobita who is slow and clumsy.

I felt really happy when I read such a great book. The book has a combination between imaginative
adventures and valuable life lessons. I can learn the importance of hard work, how to treasure
friendship, protect the environment, and stay away from bad things after reading it.

In the near future, I will definitely read Doraemon again.

I attended the Leadership skill course 4 months ago. I was recommended by my best friends. The

quite many methods to manage a group. I got to know that a leader needed to motivate all members
and to be careful in giving feedback. Besides, a leader had to realize the strength as well as the

It was about 1 year ago when I didn’t have enough money to purchase a new phone. Therefore, I had
to be on a budget. I used a piggy bank as a way of saving money. I set aside and put all of my pocket
money in it. During 4 months, I only bought basic necessities without eating any snacks or drinking
milk tea.

Those 4 months seemed very long, but when I finally bought a new phone, I felt it was worth my

Lily by painter To Ngo Van. I was immediately impressed. In that picture, there was a girl in a white

It was 1 month ago when my friends and I watched a film at the cinema. During the screening, I
found myself seated next to a man who always talked on the phone loudly. Even he and the person
who was on the other end of the line had so serious argument that he seemed angry and punched the
chair and it touched my arm.

I felt really frustrated and disappointed with this impolite individual. The lack of courtesy of his
action not only disrupted my concentration but also affected the overall ambiance of the cinema.

As far as I remember, Dam Sen Water Park had up to 36 different games. However, my friends
practiced some games such as Tornado, Fountain Square, Wandering River. I like Wandering River
most since it made me really relaxed. I just needed sit on the float and close my eyes, the gentle
water took me to the end of the stream. In addition, we played in the swimming pool area. This place
was loved by many people thanks to its cool, clean water and smart utilities.

Saigon. We traveled by plane since we thought this kind of transport would save commuting time.
My family chose Saigon for our holiday for the simple reason that we wanted to discover this

see in my hometown. Moreover, Ho Chi Minh City is equipped with many public amenities that
make the people more comfortable and pleasant. Especially, I had a chance to enjoy various

things about HCMC in particular and my country Vietnam in general.

It was about 1 month ago, I was late for a film. I booked a ticket for a new movie of Ly Hai director
named Face off 7: one wish at 8 in the evening. Normally, it took around 20 minutes from my house
to the cinema, so I decided to leave my house at 7h30. I thought that time wouldn’t have traffic
congestion since it wasn’t the peak hour. However, I realized I was completely wrong. The road was
full of vehicles and some routes had accidents. Therefore, I couldn’t arrive at the theater as the
estimated time. I came to the cinema at 9 pm. The film lasted about 2 hours so I missed the first half
of it.

I seemed regrettable and disappointed. I hope in the near future I will have a chance to watch full
Face off 7: one wish.

I would like to talk about the music that comes from my country. It is Pop music.

Pop music dominates the music chart and is favored by many young people in Vietnam. It’s popular
because of their lively melody and catchy lyrics, to which people can easily sing along. Vietnamese
pop music is full of talented singers and musicians with stars such as My Tam, Son Tung MTP,
Dong Nhi. My idol is Son Tung MTP. The first time I watched his performance with my friends, I
was immediately impressed. The beat was cheerful and his vocals were amazing. I was fully hooked

would like to talk about a time I visited Duc An Ancient house that left the strongest impression on
me.

It was 2 months ago, I came to Hoi An Ancient Town and paid a visit to the Duc An Old House
which is very close to the Japanese Bridge. The local guides introduced the historical story as well as

the unique architecture of Duc An Ancient house. I got to know that Duc An ancient house has a
combination of ancient Vietnamese architecture and Chinese style. Duc An Old House is the largest
ancient house in Hoi An old houses system. It is a must-visit tourist attraction in Hoi An ancient
town.

I felt happy and proud of my country when I could visit such an old building. I hope to return to Duc
An Ancient house again one day.

35. Tell me about a time when you visited a tall building

In my life, I have gone to see many skyscrapers and each one gave me a certain meaning. Today, I
would like to talk about a time I visited a tall building that left the strongest impression on me.

It was 2 months ago, I came to HCMC and paid a visit to the Landmark 81, which is the tallest
skyscraper in Vietnam. When I entered the building, I couldn’t believe what I saw. What a modern
building! Landmark 81 houses luxury hotels, offices, apartments, and shopping malls. The building
is surrounded by a lush park that provides a pleasant atmosphere to escape from the hustle and bustle
of the city. I really enjoyed spending time in Landmark 81 since it provides a stunning view of the
whole city.

I felt happy and proud of my country when I could visit such a great building. I hope to return to
Landmark 81 again one day.

In my life, I have undergone many times that I have had different choices and each one gave me a
certain meaning. Today, I would like to talk about the one that left the strongest impression on me.

It was about 5 months ago. In the Geographical Tourism course, the teacher required each student to
select a topic in the topic list and make a presentation about that one. The list included various
themes and I was keen on almost all topics in that list so it was hard for me to choose. However, I
decided to make a presentation related to politics. As you know, this topic is very sensitive and
controversial but I found it was not only a challenge but also an opportunity to prove myself. When

the course finished, the instructor appreciated my presentation and I got full marks. I seemed to be
over the moon.

I would like to talk about a time I visited a friend that left the deepest impression on me.

It was about 1 year ago, I had a chance to come to Phu Yen for a vacation and on that occasion I also
visited a friend named Lan who lived in that beautiful land. We knew each other when we attended a
national competition. We kept in touch with each other and became best friends. I bought a beautiful
bouquet of flowers as a present for Lan. When I came to her house, she had already prepared many
delicious specialties of her homeland. We enjoyed those unique dishes and shared many interesting
things in our life. Besides, Lan and I recalled our glory days in the past. Both of us seemed ecstatic
when we could meet and chat together like that.

I would like to talk about a time I played in a forest that left the deepest impression on me.

It was about 2 months ago, my friends and I had a short trip to Tra Su Cajuput forest which was
located in An Giang Province. When coming there, I was immediately impressed by a lush green
area with many tall cajuput trees. My friends and I took traditional paddle boats to explore the
ecosystem of Tra Su forest. The local guides introduced us to unique and interesting spots exclusive
to this area. We were so curious so we asked guides about the aquatic plants, birds and the history of
Tra Su Mangrove. Although it was tiring, my friends and I really enjoyed it.
