do hereby solemnly affirm, declare and undertake as follows:
That I/We have personally visited the layout located at
1. Residential Property bearing BBMP Khatha No. 950/300/22/1A & 22/2C, earlier
Mahadevapura City Municipal Corporation Khatha No. 300-22/2A and 22/2C, in all
measuring 13,240.6 square feet.
2. Residential Property bearing BBMP Khatha No. 951/301/22/1A & 22/2C, earlier
Mahadevapura City Municipal Corporation Khatha No. 301/22/2A and 22/2C, in all
measuring 10713 square feet.
3. Residential Property bearing BBMP Khatha No. 949/298/22/1A & 22/2C, earlier
Mahadevapura City Municipal Corporation Khatha No. 298/22/1A and 22/2C, in all
measuring 10,709 square feet.
4. Residential Property bearing BBMP Khata No. 948/299/22/1A & 22/2C, earlier
Mahadevapura City Municipal Corporation Khatha No. 299/22/1A and 22/2C, in all
measuring 10,500 square feet.
5. City Municipal Corporation Khatha No. 299/22/2A and 22/2C,
Respectively all situated at Whitefield Village, Krishnarajapura Hobli, Whitefield, Bangalore
South Taluk, Bangalore District), presently within the jurisdiction of Bruhat Bangalore
Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), Ward No. 84 - Whitefield, Bangalore, and layout being namely
“Eureka” and have identified the specific plot bearing No. ______ which I/We propose to
purchase.
That I/We are fully satisfied that the said plot/property is neither sold to any other
party nor encumbered in any manner whatsoever, and the title of the said property is
clear, marketable and free from any encumbrances, claims, or disputes.
That I/We are satisfied with the development work that has been completed / is agreed
to be completed as part of the layout/project, and the same is in accordance with the
representations and agreements made by the developer/seller.
That I/We undertake to submit the individual plot Katha certificate along with the
latest tax paid receipt to LIC Housing Finance Ltd. upon completion of the
registration of the said property in my/our name(s).
That I/We confirm and undertake that the said plot will be clearly demarcated and
properly cleaned immediately upon completion of registration of the property in our
name(s), to our satisfaction and as agreed with the developer/seller.
That I/We hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified LIC Housing Finance Ltd.
from and against any losses, damages, claims (financial or otherwise), litigations,
interests, rights including but not limited to:
o Non-availability or delay in obtaining required documents
o Existence of minors’ interest in the property
o Any legal disputes/litigations
o Non-regularization of deviations in construction
o Any other acts of omission or commission relating to the said property.
This Declaration-cum-Indemnity Bond is executed voluntarily by me/us with full knowledge
and understanding of the implications thereof.
