The Sprag Clutch is one of the most critical components in your offshore crane hoist. Without it, the hoists ability to hold a load is severely compromised. LANTEC provides this warranty as evidence of our confidence in robust and reliable LH Hoists. This is another demonstration of LANTECs commitment to a safer offshore workplace. Oh, and by the way, we dont expect to ever see a claim. We just want to convey our confidence in our products. You can be confident, too.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
LANTEC provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on the sprag clutch assembly installed in any LANTEC LH Series Hoist. If the sprag clutch assembly breaks during the life of the hoist, LANTEC will hotshot a new one to you at no charge. No questions asked. Period.

Replacement
If the Sprag Clutch Assembly breaks during the life of the hoist, LANTEC will provide a replacement Sprag Clutch Assembly at no charge.
Shipment
LANTEC will ship via express courier to any normally served destination worldwide at no charge.
LANTEC offers this Limited Warranty as an extension of our standard two year Limited Warranty for LH Series Hoist Products. This Limited Warranty applies to the complete Sprag Clutch Assembly consisting of the sprag element, shaft coupling, brake hub, bearings and retaining rings. Return of the broken Sprag Clutch Assembly to LANTEC is mandatory to validate this warranty. LANTEC will pay the cost of regular shipment from any location worldwide. This Limited Warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the company. Customers rights and remedies are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and the customer expressly waives, for himself and any purchaser from the customer, any claim based upon contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. LANTEC shall not in any event be liable for any consequential damages, incidental damages, expenses of discontinuing or removing any parts and/or components, losses or damages resulting from an alleged defect, or damage to or loss of use of the equipment in which the parts and/or components have been installed, loss of profits, loss incurred as a result of delays caused by vendors, labor shortages, or work stoppages or strikes. LANTEC reserves the right to charge the customer for any expenses incurred by LANTEC in conjunction with warranty service in the event that LANTEC shall determine, before or after performance of such service, that this warranty has been voided by act of, or omission by, our customer or our customers ultimate user, or that no service is required. Such expenses shall include, but not be limited to, the cost of travel, meals, lodging of LANTECs personnel, and customary labor or service charges. Customer agrees that the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada shall govern customers rights and responsibilities in regard to this transaction and the Province shall be the exclusive forum and jurisdiction for bringing any action with respect to any disputes regarding LANTECs liability. This document constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other representations or warranties, oral or written, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise. This Limited Warranty may be modified only in writing, signed by the General Manager of LANTEC, a division of IMAC Design Group Ltd., at head office in Langley, BC, Canada. If any terms or conditions of this agreement are void, the remaining provisions are valid and enforceable.
