1. Provident Fund settlement matters:


Provident Fund settlements, Family Pension, and Loan and Advance claims
submitted to PF office.
-Co-ordination for completion of the formalities for settlement of Provident fund of
the employees such as
- Filling of the forms (Form 19&10C, 10-D, 31 etc) on behalf of the employee.

2. Superannuation Scheme:
Submission of Monthly Superannuation contribution to LIC office
Fill-up & preparation pension claim Form of ex-employees & submit

to concern

Monthly new confirmation member list.

3. Group Gratuity Scheme: Settlement of ex-employees gratuity claim.

Preparation of left employees letter & submit to LIC office


Intimation to accounts department for payment deposit in our bank
Advice to accounts department for release of gratuity payment to ex-employees.
Preparation of gratuity amount letter and send to ex-employees.

4. Renewal of following schemes.

New Group Insurance Scheme in lieu of EDLI -703000061


New Group Insurance Scheme EGI/703000056
Employees Group Gratuity Scheme GGI/17014
New Employees Group Gratuity Scheme GGI/703000084

- Advice to accounts department for release of above schemes renewal payments.


- Preparation of renewal & cheque letter and send to concern office.

5. Labour contract Management: Checking of monthly wages bills and other bills.
Assist for renewal of contracts.

Prepare draft of agreements. Provide photocopies of agreements to concern


person / all plants

6. Other : Maintaining records of PF, LIC Schemes and Contract agreements


Day to day activities

Family Pension, and Loan and Advance claims submitted to PF office.

employee.
- Submission of the forms to the PF Office
- Intimation to the staff about formalities to be completed.

Preparation of Superannuation Slips & distribute to employees
Assist to Associate Manager (Personnel) for monthly new confirmation
member list.

11. Group Gratuity Scheme: Settlement of ex-employees gratuity claim.
