(SHOOTING INCIDENT): One ARJE CABANGUNAY Y GULMATICO, 30 yearsold, married, of Brgy.
Poblacion Catbalogan Samar, appeared thisstation and reported that he was allegedly shot by the

on or about 3:00 p.m. this date. Victim sustainedgunshot wound on the right back shoulder.Entry Nr. 09-

Initial investigationconducted by this station at the place of incident disclosed that
Security Guard of Banahaw Security Agency,
one was posted at a parcelof the land adjacent to Paradise Park, Brgy. Poblacion CatbaloganSamar,
wherein more or less 50 families living said place was
allegedly harassed
by member of said Security allegedly fired hisfirearm hitting, as per interview with the residents of said
Parkidentified
ARJE CABANGUNAY Y GULMATICO,
30 years old, married, hittinghim on the right back shoulder of unknown caliber of gun and
JOHN RAYESTRELLES Y NUEVA,
37 years old, single also of Paradise Park. On thecontrary during interview by PO3 GANN JAIRO
L. PUERTULLANO with theSecurity Guard that was allegedly attacked by the residents ofParadise Park.

was treated of gunshot wound atAbasolo Clinic but later transferred to Samar Provincial Hospital
forfurther treatment
JOHN RAY ESTRELLES
was brought to undisclosedhospital. Incident occurred on or about 3:00PM this date.
