Sub:- An appeal for appointment on Rehabilitation ground


of Sri Brahmananda Nayak, S/o-Late Damodar Nayak, who
was serving as Sr. Head Messenger in the State Bank of
India, Khurda Branch.
Sir,
With deep sorrow and profound respect, I beg to put forth
before you the following few lines for favour of your kind
consideration and sympathetic action on compassionate
ground.
That, Sir, I am to state that, my husband Sri Damodar
Nayak was serving in the SBI, Khurda Branch being appointed
to the post of Sr. Head Messenger. Due to misfortune of our
family my husband Sri Nayak took his last breath on dated
10.10.2016 in harness. In this context a photo attested copy of
the Death Certificate of my husband is submitted herewith for
your kind perusal and needful.
That, as regards my family members, I have one son and
two unmarried daughters. In this connection the attested
photocopy of Legal Heir Certificate issued by Revenue Officer,
Banki Tahasil, Dist-Cuttack is also submitted herewith.
As regards my family income I am to state that, the
monthly salary income of my husband was the only source of
our livelihood. Besides our family has no other source of income
to meet the day to day bare needs of our family.
Moreover, none of our family members has been engaged
in Govt. undertaking or any other company service.
That, to meet the essential day to day needs of my family
the appointment of my son Sri Brahmananda Nayak on
rehabilitation ground is felt expedient.
That, as regards educational qualification of my son, I am
to state that, he has passed +2 (Science) Examination, during
the year 2016. Under CHSE, Odisha, BBSR. At present he is 28
(Twenty Eight) years old being the date of birth 05/05/1988 as
per the HSC Examination Certificate issued by BSE, Odisha,
Cuttack enclosed. We are also belong to Scheduled-Caste.
In view of the above facts, I would most fervently request
your high offices kindly to consider our poor case with utmost
sympathy and pass necessary orders for appointment of my
son Sri Brahmananda Nayak on Rehabilitation ground so as to
save our family in these hard days and for which act of your
kindness, I shall remain ever grateful to you.
An early action in this matter is highly solicited while I am
in juncture. After all I pray your sympathy as Sympathy pays
nothing but purchases everything.
