APPLICATION

FINECOAT 200ES is a versatile polyimide resin suitable for making high temperature
resistant (up to 300oC) coating, impregnation of electrical devices, self lubricating coatings
etc.

Curing Temperature

1. Normal Curing : 220oC for 1 hour


2. Flash curing : 250oC for 3 minutes for flexible coating
250oC for 5 minutes normal curing
250oC for 15 minutes for high chemical resistance.
STORAGE , HANDLING AND DISPOSAL

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place.


Shelf life : As given above, when stored in original sealed
containers at 2 - 40oC.
Handling : Use hand gloves and protective glasses.
Disposal : Dispose by incineration or as per local regulations.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Flash point : Look for the individual values as baove


Precautions : In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water.
In case of eye irritation, bathe the affected eye with
running water for at least 15 minutes, and get
medical attention.
