Proceedings:

1. Meeting called to order at 1:00 p.m. by 9-A adviser, Mrs. Florame Pasaol.
2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA Officers for school year 2014-2015:
President: Gemilyn Pealosa

Secretary: Rose Ermita
Treasurer: Mera Loro
Auditor: Edwin Lao
PIOs: Emelia Pepito

3. Mrs. Pasaol reiterated the following schools rules and regulations:
The school never allows boys to have long hair; in short they should always observe proper haircut.
Students should wear the type A uniform everyday except WEDNESDAY.
On Wednesdays, students will wear jeans and plain white T-shirt or else any colored T-shirts that bear
the name or logo of the school. Students who fail to wear proper uniform/attire will be sanctioned.
Students tardiness and absences will be recorded by the class monitor so that in case the parents would
want to know the status of their children, there is a record to serve as basis. If the student fails to send
a notice (excuse letter) to the teacher as to the reason of his absence, he shall therefore be subject to
be dropped for that school year. In addition, the teacher will conduct home visits if cases like this
occur.
4. Mrs. Pasaol reminded the parents of the transferees to follow up the form 137 of their children from
their previous school and those parents whose children have not submitted their NSO birth certificate.

Understanding -30%
Product/Performance -30%
6. The body agreed that the PTA Projects for school year 2014-2015 are cabinet for the students and
classroom repainting. In order to realize this, they agreed that each student shall contribute 70.00 and
the deadline is on July 4, 2014.
