Grouting Work Risk Assessment

This risk assessment form summarizes the potential hazards, consequences, and control measures for grouting work at both ground level and height. At ground level, falling materials from height could injure or kill workers. Both upper-level activity and ground work should not start simultaneously. Workers must use safety shoes, helmets, and gloves. At height, skin irritation or a fall could result in injury or death. Workers must use rubber gloves, full-body harnesses anchored above head height, and safe access for ascending and descending. The form rates initial risks and additional controls to reduce residual risk.
