Greetings!

It is with great pleasure to express my intention to apply a teaching position in the Senior
High School TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL LIVELIHOOD TRACK - HOME ECONOMICS
(Hairdressing)/ Group IVD in Diego H. Patigayon National High School at Mukas,
Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte.

I received a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Educatin major in Physics and minor in


Mathematics from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology at
Tibanga, Iligan City. I had earned 6 units in Master of Science Education major in High
School Mathematics in Mindanao State University – Institute of Science Education, MSU –
MARAWI Main Campus, Marawi City. I am recently enrolled to my last two subjects to
complete my 42 units of Master of Arts in Education major in Educational
Management in Southern Mindanao College – Pagadian City.

As for Technical Livelihood Skills, I have completed my 656 hrs Training in


Hairdressing/ Hairstyling NCII at Iligan Fashion Institute technology Trade Inc. at
Iligan City and had passed its Hairdressing NCII Assessment given just this February
21, 2016. I have also received a National Certificate II in Computer Servicing System
from TESDA last August 30, 2015.

At present, I am a regular permanent Teacher I in Diego H. Patigayon National High School


at Mukas, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte and is assigned to teach Science in Grade 7 and
Grade 10. I was also given a special task of being an ICT Coordinator/ EBEIS- LIS
Coordinator and the School Designated Disbursing Officer. All of these experiences
contribute to my aspiration to mentor globally competitive and life – long learners.

Attached herewith are my pertinent papers for your perusal and evaluation. Thank you for
your consideration and I look forward to learn more about this position.
