I. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. Conducted classroom instruction with punctuality and dedication in the following subject
areas:
SHS -G11 ABM C 7:30-8:30 am daily
SHS -G12 SMAW 8:30-9:30 am daily
SHS -G11 ABM B 9:30-10:30 am daily
SHS -G11 CSS 2:00-4:00 pm daily (Advisory class)
SHS -G11 ABM C 4:00-5:00 pm daily
2. Provided guidance and counseling to all subjects handled.
3. Prepared & submitted session plan as required.
4. Maintained and improved daily classroom environment and fixtures for safe and
conducive learning.
5. Provide meaningful and productive activities for students to reinforce learning based on
competencies
6. Attended conference, School programs and activities. In-service trainings, and other
professional development as a teacher.
7. Attended Division “Patiribayan” Technolympics 2018 as coach in NFOT Web Design.
8. Prepares quarter test/exam, performance test for SHS and lesson plan/session plan as
well as making instructional materials or aide.
9. Performed my duties and responsibilities based on the assigned task willingly and with
dedication.
10. Prepared and submitted all reports on or before the deadline.

II. PLANS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2017-2018


1. Continue improving and developing my skills and knowledge for sake of professional
growth.
2. Continuously perform my duties and responsibilities as teacher.
3. Continue giving my best for the improvement of my classroom for the sake of my
students.
4. Continue to acquire additional materials needed for Mechanical/Technical drafting.
5. Continuously attend seminars, trainings and other workshop related to my work and my
subject area taught.
6. Upgrade my skills and knowledge and my position also.
