Title : Automating Back End Documents Management System.
Client: MAERSK.

Project Description:
Container shipping and related activities is the largest business area for A.P. Moller–
Maersk, providing almost half of the group's revenue in 2008. It comprises worldwide container services,
logistics and forwarding solutions and terminal activities under the brand names: Maersk Line, Safmarine,
and Damco. Since 1996, Maersk has been the largest container shipping company in the world.
As the fast-paced international Logistics industry was experiencing massive growth, a major
player needed a solution to process documents as quickly and accurately as it delivered packages. To
meet its increasing global document processing needs, the company needed to process multiple
documents. The customer makes the request for shipment from one place to another to the portal. It
should auto locate the arrival and upload arrival notice. It’s should fill the missing data to TSM. Once
after updating the missing documents it’s should release all documents which are related to shipment
release then have to trigger the email of the release.

Title : Automating Financial Ombudsman Service.
Client: Lloyds Banking Group.

Project Description:
Lloyds Banking Group the best bank for customers. As the UK’s largest retail and
commercial bank, we have a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK.
That gives us a big responsibility to support the UK economy, and to put customers at the heart of
everything we do.
If customer challenges our report and we decide that we need to review the information or
proposed resolutions, an ombudsman will make the final decision. The ombudsman’s final decision
signifies the end of our process. The ombudsman’s final decision cannot be challenged and there is no
right of appeal. If the customer accepts our final decision you have 28 days to carry out all of the actions.
We will continue to work with you and the customer to make sure that this happens. If the customer
declines the decision or fails to respond to us with the given time frame, the consumer loses the right to
the solution offered, but remains free to complain in another way, for example through the courts. In this
situation we have no further involvement in the complaint and the case is closed.

Title : Automating Fraud Chargeback Processing.

Overseas Software Ltd.
A Customer may begin a chargeback by approaching their issuing bank and filing a substantiated
complaint regarding one or more debit items on their statement. Chargeback also provide a means for
reversal of unauthorized transfers due to identity theft. Chargeback can also occur as a result of friendly
fraud, where the transaction was authorized by the consumer but the consumer later attempts to
fraudulently reverse the charges.

Tax Resources provide support to an organization’s tax or accounting department. Their role is a
combination of administrative assistance and accounting support. They must be able to run an office, as
well as perform higher level functions, such as processing tax returns and maintaining databases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of MS SQL Server 2005&2008 on New Production and Test
Servers with latest Security updates involving Service Packs and Security patches.
Verifying all instances are up and Running.
Moving the databases from one location to another location. Involved in database Suspect mode.
Day-to-day activities like backup (or schedule the backups daily for database and transaction log)
on disk and restore the databases and transaction log on production/development servers as per
requirement.
Responsible to improve the Server performance. Monitored database status including CPU,
Memory, I/O, space and Dead Lock using SQL Server Utilities. Involved in creating Databases,
Tables, and Cluster/Non Cluster Index.
Involved in implementation of Log shipping and Mirroring Architecture as High Availability
techniques.
