PROJECT DETAILS
Project-1:
• PROJECT NAME : REFUND
• ROLE : RPA DEVELOPER
• PROJECT TYPE : DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
• Payments where refund amount is initiated but the refund amount is not sent to the
customer.
• FedEx agents create a ticket in Service now with the receipt number.
• Bot logs into the service now and extracts the receipt number and check in the Oracle
EBS application.
• If the refund amount is not processed, bot runs a select query with the receipt number
to get the applied transactions.
• If bot finds the unapplied transactions, using update query bot will push the record into
the credit card refund table.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Involved in testing of core modules.
• Prepared and documented the test Scenarios and test cases Responsible for
execution of test cases as per the test plan Performed Functional and Regression
testing.
• Tracked the defect using Excel Sheet and follow-up Bug Life Cycle.

• The purpose of the project is download business config files from share point .log in to
the oracle application on and download the file. Log in to the DBP application. Select
the market and current days in the DBP application. Input the currency value, which is
obtained from the input files. Update the report. Upload the updated file to the share
point folder.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understanding the requirements and getting my doubts clarified by operation team.
• Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to client by creating and
documenting test procedures and scenarios.
• Proactively involved with the business analyst and development team during this
process.
• Process was handled by one department and involved three applications: Browser,
MA-Excel and desktop.
• By using scheduler, will schedule a bot to run 24/7 in the control room.
Project-3:
• PROJECT NAME : EMAIL AUTOMATION
• ROLE : RPA DEVELOPER
• PROJECT TYPE : DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
• The process involves downloading the invoices from the E-mail and it takes a long
time to process high volumes of data
• Complex calculations and involves so many components to audit like, Invoice Format
is PDF
• The challenges in this process are primarily related to the complexity of Critical
business process which will have huge revenue impact if SME was not downloading
from E-Mail and sharing the invoice pdf to the finance department
• Volumes: They have to do audit for nearly 600 attachments in a month; The entire
team will work for around 4 weeks to complete the process as they have to audit for
many attachments
• Process was handled by one department and involved three applications: Outlook, PDF
and Desktop
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• I will be responsible for managing projects, including estimating the workload and
planning effectively.
• Identifying and debugging the errors using error handlers
• Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients by creating and
documenting test procedures and scenarios.
• Worked with the Business Analysts in identifying and defining the requirement
Tracked the defect using Excel Sheet and follow-up Bug Life Cycle.
• Involved in Team meetings and Technical Discussions.
