In this Process RPA is divided into three parts: 1) Materials file analysis, 2) SAP blocking
and 3) STICC blocking. This process is triggered on a monthly basis. To get the database files to
perform the reference and validations. Getting Inputs and sending the output data in a excel and to
send Exception emails to client, and output excel files also to perform Customer blocking and
CEDIS notification perform Customer blocking

Responsibilities:
 Worked with SME's to create PDD (Process Definition Document) and developed
separate SDD (Solution Design Documents).
 Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.
 Used UiPath automation elements such as Mouse, Keyboard and Attribute to automate the

Client Description:

Tech Mahindra Limited is an Indian multinational provider of technology and Business solutions
to various industry verticals and horizontals. Tech Mahindra has provided me opportunity to work
with leading PepsiCo Latam order release process. I was involved in automating several business
processes using RPA tool UiPath.

Any order related to a customer ID in sap that needs validation prior release due to debt or
exceeded credit with Pepsi. Depending of the type of risk assigned to the client. Customers with
blocked orders should meet such conditions order to have their orders released. Any customer id
or order ids that do not meet the releasement condition criteria but have an exception email
authorizing order release within certain dates.

Responsibilities:

 Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.


 Developed the objects and workflows as per client requirement.
 Worked with Business Teams to create PDD (Process Definition Document) and developed
separate SDD (Solution Design Documents).
 Designed, Developed and tested Bot tasks using RPA UiPath.
 Worked with the Business Analysts in identifying and defining the requirements.
 Automated PDF, Excel, Web applications, Desktop Applications using RPA (UI Path).

Client Description:

Absa Group Limited, formerly Barclays Africa Group Limited, and originally Amalgamated
Banks of South Africa, is an African based financial services group, offering personal and business
banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking, wealth and investment management.
Absa was founded in 1991.
This process automates the creation of “Pockets” product which is a savings account for the
existing customer for My Pocket initiative. When a client applies for a pocket online, an email lead
is generated and then assigned to an employee to complete. This process looks to pick up the lead
from a mailbox and automatically creates and link pockets the respective accounts.

Steps:

1. Access outlook to acquire the data required to create a My Pocket account.


2. Create all required My Pocket accounts on Banking Platform. Once the accounts have been
created, they will need to be linked to the relevant parent account.

3. The client will need to be sent an SMS at the end of the process whether successful or not. This
could be a message notifying them of the failure to create the pocket, whereby they will need to go
into a branch, or a notification that the pocket was successfully created.
Responsibilities:

inbuilt controller provided by UiPath Studio.

The Internal Settlement process is in the Group Finance division (services and support) space.
The process entails reconciling accounts (doc split, Internal Settlement) using various reports. The
applications assessed during the internal settlement process are SAP FI, Microsoft outlook and
Microsoft excel. The aim is to provide 150% efficiency by automating this process.

Steps:

1. Receive notification email from the SAP CoE.


2. Access and run management account report.
3. Run daily balance report- Shows all the daily balances posted for the day and to pick up whether
imbalances
have been created in the accounts.
4. Run GL line items.
5. Compare internal settlement recon to internal settlement YTD.
6. Check GL line items to find out which document type does not balance.

Responsibilities:

It is monthly based report and run on 2nd business of the month. Business team will place input
file in shared drive. Bot will collect the fields like Company code, From Date, To Date from input
file. For each record, Bot will navigate in web application to transaction tab and select the dates
and download the file to bot drive.

Under and Over Accrual report template is other shared drive folder. Copy the data from
downloaded report from for company and perform some calculations. Finally need to run macro to
generate the report. Each repot has to upload to share point as well as mailed to business team.
Follow the same procedure for all records.

Client Description:
Westpac bank is an Australian bank and financial-services provider headquartered at Westpac
Place in Sydney. It was established in 1817. Westpac has employs almost 40,000 people, and it
has a total branches is 1,204.

This process is a part of the Access Provisioning with a CIB identity and access management
process group. The main purpose of the process is provisioning access of user, i.e., granting
access rights to application through control SA application.

UAM Provisioning team downloads a report of all active access requests from SAP BO and
filters it accordingly. The team processes each request by extracting details from Sail point and
assigning profiles in control SA application. The control SA application provides a web-based
interface to administer user privileges and access rights. The team also identifies exceptions and
resolves it accordingly.

Responsibilities:

 Developed and configured automation as per the Solution design document (SDD) to meet
the defined requirements.
 Create use cases and test the bot on regular time bases.

The main purpose of this process is to track pending Remove access request for UK leavers
and follow up with the team responsible to manage such requests. As per BNP security policies all
access to leavers must be revoked within 10 days.

UAC control team downloads report of all active access requests from SAP BO and filters it
accordingly for UK leavers. The team sends the report to the respective team responsible to
manage such requests. The team also validates aging of work items and sends escalations for SLA
breaches. The team then tracks the pending access requests for processing and liaises with the
concerned team owner.

support the following.

Functionalities:

1. Donor Data Portal is used for all financial donations tracking & acknowledgments.
2. Searching for Gifts and exporting details for further analysis. Performing Gift Linking
3. Administrative overrides searching for constituent’s data and exporting/printing details for donor
meetings.
4. Searching for Relationship Managers and exporting/printing their portfolio profile Link to Sales
force announcement functionalities etc.
