Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field or relevant experience Previous experience in case management, social services, or a related field, particularly working with diverse populations and complex needs. Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work within a team-based environment. Knowledge of community resources, social services, and support systems.
