A mechanical construction manager (MCM) We are looking for an organized for mechanical construction manager oversees the planning, installation, and delivery of a project's mechanical systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and piping. They are responsible for project timelines, budgets, and quality control, working closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.  Core responsibilities Project leadership: Manage the entire mechanical construction project life cycle, from initial design and planning to final commissioning and closeout. This includes setting schedules, defining scopes, and managing resources. Job Description
As a Construction Site Manager, your role is crucial in overseeing the complete construction operations on site to ensure incident-free construction, timely completion, and quality assurance throughout the project. Your reporting line will be to the Senior Manager Project Management for specific site-related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of Solar PV/Wind/Hybrid projects, including Field Engineering, Local Procurement, Construction, Commissioning phases, and Project Handover. - Provide timely and accurate project performance reports and status updates. - Ensure strict compliance with contractual requirements and all Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations. - Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on-site. - Implement Quality requirements and enforce the Project Quality Control Plan during execution. - Address any local issues promptly to ensure smooth site operations and uphold the company's reputation. - Oversee the completion of the site in all aspects and facilitate handover to O&M. - Overall management of the site operations. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical). - 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the energy market, with a focus on Solar projects. - Proven track record in managing Construction phases of large power projects, preferably in the solar industry. - Familiarity with construction laws, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and grid codes. - Competent in overall construction management. - Willingness to travel locally and internationally. - Fluency in spoken and written English. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects while upholding quality, safety, and compliance standards. Your expertise and experience in the energy market, particularly in Solar projects, will be instrumental in driving the project towards successful completion.,
