Your role will involve managing various accounting functions with a focus on accuracy and compliance with regulations. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations. - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. - Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support. - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation. - Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues. - Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders on financial matters. - Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures. - Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices. - Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company, your role will be crucial in shaping and executing our financial strategy to drive sustainable growth and profitability. You will lead the finance team towards operational excellence and integrity.
