Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a sales strategy to increase market share for the given project/s - Identifying channels for direct sales based on existing synergistic lines of business - Formulating sales policies, practices, and procedures - Performing sales activities on major accounts and negotiating sales price and discounts - Defining and implementing sales processes and referral development processes - Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams - Providing quarterly assessments of sales staff productivity - Coordinating company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results - Assisting sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with decision-makers - Monitoring and improving leads generated to conversion ratio - Achieving the set monthly and quarterly targets of the project and ensuring a healthy conversion ratio from walk-in to booking In terms of people focus, you will be responsible for: - Recruiting, developing, and retaining staff in partnership with Human Resources - Managing your team by enforcing HR policies and procedures - Supervising and managing the performance of the team, conducting annual appraisals and informal performance reviews - Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members/contractors for successful project delivery - Identifying training needs for the team - Counseling and retaining top/critical talent to keep the attrition rate low Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from a recognized university - Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in the Real Estate Industry, with desired experience of leading a team of at least 15+ members In addition to the qualifications, some key leadership competencies and skills include: - Adaptability to the work culture of a fast-growing organization - Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills, displaying empathy, professionalism, patience, and politeness in a pressurized environment - Strong team-working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision - Effective oral communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority Join us in this challenging and rewarding role where you can make a significant impact on our sales growth and team development.,
