Monitor Salesforce data hygiene, optimize reporting datasets, and collaborate with Sales Ops and Data Engineering to resolve data issues. Implement QA checks, alerting, and monitoring for critical reports and pipelines; document metrics, dashboards, and workflows. Required Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in sales/revenue analytics or business analytics in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or similar data-rich environments. Strong SQL proficiency (window functions, CTEs, performance tuning) and hands-on experience building curated models in dbt. Experience with Salesforce data analytics, including objects, fields, opportunity stages, campaigns, and activity data. Proficiency in Tableau, including LOD expressions, parameters, actions, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with Alteryx or comparable ETL/data preparation tools. Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
