Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, in wealth management industry. Proven track record of managing and growing the IFA network. Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio management services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and data analytics software.
