You will be responsible for budget management, analyzing market and customer data, and collaborating with other departments such as product development to align strategies with business goals. Additionally, you will oversee managing digital marketing, creating compelling messaging, and tracking campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. - Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify market trends to uncover new opportunities. - Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and traditional advertising. - Budgeting and Financial Planning: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and forecast financial requirements to meet objectives. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure strategic alignment. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, and optimize campaigns based on data and insights. Lead generation and sales support will be a key part of your role, where you will generate leads and support the sales team in closing deals. You will also be responsible for developing compelling product messaging, value propositions, and positioning that align with brand guidelines. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, recruiting, training, and coaching sales and marketing staff, as well as monitoring competitor activities and providing customer feedback will also be crucial aspects of your responsibilities.,
