Role Overview: You will be a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in designing and integrating advanced robotic systems for industrial automation and warehouse management. Your expertise should include hands-on experience with AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), Collaborative Robots (Cobots), Delta Robots, Grippers, and Actuators, as well as End of Arm Tooling. Key Responsibilities: - Create mechanical designs for robotic systems such as AMRs, AGVs, Cobots, and Delta Robots. - Develop material handling mechanisms like conveyors, lifters, and grippers for integration with robotic platforms. - Collaborate with electrical and software teams to integrate mechanical systems with robotic control architectures. - Ensure compatibility with warehouse management systems and automation workflows. - Build and validate prototypes for mechanical assemblies. - Conduct performance and durability tests under real-world conditions. - Prepare detailed CAD models, Bills of Materials, and technical documentation. - Optimize designs for cost, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
