Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing end-to-end support to customers, including installation of machines, addressing breakdown calls, machine problems, spare support, and training for machine operating and processing issues. - Coordinating pre-installation requirements with customers and ensuring the correct implementation of corrective/preventive actions for all machines. - Conducting troubleshooting and providing solutions to overcome machine problems. - Installing and servicing all machines in the region and assisting customers with Mould Trials (In-house & on-site) for machine shipments. - Assembling machines and operating them at customer sites, as well as providing training to customers for machine operating and troubleshooting. - Submitting field return parts to the factory for analysis and cost recovery of warranty parts, releasing flash for parts failure, and ensuring customer training and care visits. - Generating spare parts business and developing spare parts recommendations, preparing and submitting service reports for each machine, and maintaining software backup, hydraulics circuits, and bill of material on the service portal. Basic Qualifications: - Completed full-time Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Plastics/Mechatronics. - 2-6 years of experience in testing, maintenance, and service of Injection molding machines.
