JOB DETAIL:Township project Infrastructure MEPF ( Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) Engineer to play active role in implementation and management of the various systems within a township development project: PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Planning & coordination: Review and understanding of the Design & drawing issued at site. Coordinate with the HO team and other stake holders for any issues related implementation of the GFC design and drawings as per site condition. Formulate proper planning & logistic for the execution of the various systems of the MEP system at the project site. Formulate scheduling in coordination with project head. DOCUMENTATIONS: Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, tender documents and various reports on the MEPF system.SITE EXECUTION: Conduct regular site inspection to maintain construction work progress. Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Ensure all MEPF systems meet the safety standards and environmental regulations.  TROUBLE SHOOTING: Identify and resolve issues related to MEPF systems during construction and commissioning phases.  SUSTAINABILITY: Implementation of energy efficient solutions and sustainable practices in MEPF execution.  QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: B Tech in Mechanical engineering. Minimum 6 years experience preferable last three years in township project of large scale. AutoCAD and sharp knowledge of building codes and standard.
