Job Requirements
Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills (mandatory)
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US/UK time zones
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
