As the Quality Management Systems Specialist, your role will involve initiating, reviewing, and approving various quality management systems such as Change Controls, Deviations, Investigations, CAPA, OOS, and Complaints. Additionally, you will handle Return Goods and ensure the proper functioning of the quality system by performing risk assessments as needed. Conducting regular internal audits will also be part of your responsibilities. As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Virima, you will be responsible for owning critical parts of the platform and product strategy, focusing on platform architecture, AI/ML technologies, and IT Discovery, ITSM, and ITAM domains. Your role will involve working closely with architecture, engineering, UX, and GTM teams to define the roadmap and deliver high-impact features at scale. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience as a platform/solution architect or senior technical lead who have a strong background in partnering with business and product teams. **Core Responsibilities:** - **Product Strategy & Vision** - Define and refine the product vision and strategy for AI-native IT Discovery and ITSM/ITAM suites on the platform. - Translate company goals and customer problems into a prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes. - Conduct competitive and market research to drive differentiated positioning. - **AI/ML Product Leadership** - Identify high-value AI/LLM use cases and define AI-driven user journeys and UX for enterprise users. - Ensure AI features are feasible, observable, and continuously improving based on real usage data. - **Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership** - Own the product backlog, release planning, and delivery. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams. - Track and communicate product health metrics and drive iterations. - **Market & Customer Engagement** - Engage with customers, partners, and internal SMEs to validate problems and solutions. - Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to shape GTM, demos, and messaging. **Key Competencies:** - **Tech & Domain Excellence** - Strong understanding of cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS and familiarity with data and streaming concepts. - Hands-on exposure to ITSM/ITAM/ITOM domains such as IT Discovery, CMDB, incident management, etc. - Bonus: Experience with ServiceNow, Freshservice/Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, BMC, Ivanti, etc. - **Operations & Execution** - Proven ability to take products from concept to launch in fast-paced SaaS environments. - Strong skills in prioritization, trade-off decisions, and stakeholder alignment. - **Leadership & Collaboration** - Ability to influence without authority and excellent communication skills. - Ownership mindset with a builder mentality and comfortable with ambiguity. **Required Experience:** - 10+ years of total experience in product management or related technical roles. - At least 5+ years in product management for B2B SaaS products. - Demonstrated success in defining and shipping complex, technical products with cross-functional teams. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with AI-first products, DevOps, SRE, or Security workflows. - Exposure to global markets and enterprise buyers.
