Reporting & Analytics: o Maintain and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress. o Track individual performance against targets and ensure alignment with organizational goals. o Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for product development. Skills and Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. A background in finance or sales is preferred. Experience: o Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in home loans. o Experience in handling direct sales and achieving sales targets. Key Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Basic knowledge of the home loan market, interest rates, and financial regulations.
