Key Responsibilities


Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises


Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors


Handle basic errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery


Assist in organizing office supplies and keeping inventory


Support staff with minor tasks as needed


Ensure timely opening and closing of the office



Desired Candidate Profile


Minimum education: 10th pass


Prior experience in a similar role preferred


Polite, punctual, and trustworthy


Ability to follow instructions and work independently


Basic understanding of office etiquette
