Ingredients:
2 cups Japanese rice (short grain) 3 cups water 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 cup rice vinegar (you can use another white vinegar) 3 tablespoons sugar

Method of preparation
STEP 1 :
Wash the rice in a sieve until the water passes through the rice and runs clear.
Let the rice rest for approximately 25 minutes.
Place the water, salt and rice in a pan over high heat until it boils.
Then lower the heat and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
