Process is Smooth I like the booking process. It is quite smooth and easy to follow I HATE the fact that cashback is a complete lie. I am never able to get it. They always expire. I don't know if it is because I'm not Brazilian but it shouldn't be like this. Simply don't offer something you won't provide.

BEWARE! This compay robbed us! Our flight was delayed due to storm over Lisbon so we arrived late and we tried calling after landing in another airport multiple times, no answer. The rental office had closed when we landed. When we arrived the next day, they said we could not get any car and needed to make a new booking. And the previous one would not be reimbursed. So, we were robbed! After months and months of emails and trying to get in contact with someone, there is no reply. Our credit card company is now trying to get through to someone there. Horrible, horrible company, so BEWARE!

A good compromise for a late rental. The car was not very clean outside, and it's not at all the easiest to drive among the steep ascents and descents of the Parc des volcans but overall an acceptable ratio quality/price.

Well, hello my name is Patrick. I just recently received my unagi scooter And I must say pretty impressed. It runs fine. I actually got it from my daughter who is 15 years old she loves it complain. I would have that they say it does. It only does 17 mph. I'm going to contact them To see if I'm doing something wrong or if I can swap it out maybe but other than that, she's very happy to have it so far I've only had it for three weeks so far everything's been good. I will definitely recommend To friends and family. As far as only going 17 mph, my daughter says that's fine with her. It's plenty of fast for her. Thanks and have a great day.P.Price
