My father was on his death bed. He wrote a book about life experience which included personal testimonies of God's faithfulness to him. He paid Excel thousands of dollars to publish it and told me it was taken care of. He passed suddenly, after which Excel contacted me to try and get more money out of me. After working through that, they agreed to finish publishing the book, informing me over and over again that they would call me. Brandon Ross has called me probably 10 times now over the last year and a half or so, telling me each time that David is going to call me today to initiate the publishing of his book. David never calls, leaves a message, nothing. Very unprofessional. I've requested they return the money sent back to us and his extended family, but they've proved to be uncooperative with this. This has been an almost three year process since he started sending money to them to publish his book. What a scam! They've totally taken advantage of the fact that he's dead now and they're in no rush to put forth the time, money and effort to finish the job. My extended family relatives are furious with them. I do not recommend them at all and regret giving them a previous decent rating. As soon as they got that rating from me, they basically moved on, stealing money from an old man who has departed this world and been robbed of an important part of his legacy.
