Through the sales and build process the company was reasonable to deal with, however, for issues after handover they have been absolutely horrendous to deal with. It took 14 months for us to be able to use a key to open our front door, after multiple complaints Boutique only fixed the issue after a negative survey was provided. The decorative wooden posts at the front of the party decayed prior to the 12-month inspection, were noted on the report and "repaired" poorly by Boutique so that the decay has returned in less than 6 months

At first I was impressed with the nice templates and usability. Then I came back in the evening and obviously, there was too much traffic for the site to handle and it was a horrible user experience. And then, when I went to download (after working on my design for hours, using a 'free template' and adding ZERO new elements) I was told that I had added premium elements and I'd have to pay £15 per month. What SCAMMERS. And what a shame, because it could be a nice product.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Perpetuum Designs and their design leader, Cristiana, and I must say it was a fantastic experience.
