Prompt Actions and Great Customer Service by Manager
Guy (what everyone calls the manager) has been looking after me for many years. On Friday we had 2 punctured tyres that are under the MyCar Tyres Care Plan. But the way, Guy dealt with it and how fast he was able to organise the 2 new tyres and fitted. That was amazing customer service and the reason why I keep coming back to get new tyres or general service of my vehicles. Guy actually gives a damn and he holds his team accountable for the quality of their work.
