Prompt Actions and Great Customer Service by Manager

Guy (what everyone calls the manager) has been looking after me for many years. On Friday we had 2 punctured tyres that are under the MyCar Tyres Care Plan. But the way, Guy dealt with it and how fast he was able to organise the 2 new tyres and fitted. That was amazing customer service and the reason why I keep coming back to get new tyres or general service of my vehicles. Guy actually gives a damn and he holds his team accountable for the quality of their work.

Customer service

Store manager Aaron is always approachable, friendly. Nothing is ever too much bother. He greets returning customers by name in person and on the phone. Always explains what needs to be done in simple terms. Has a calm demeanour and regardless of how busy the store is this is never reflected in his approach to customers. Have been a customer for a very long time. Will continue to return with this type of customer service. Thank you!

Great experience at mycar Wollongong

Great experience at mycar Wollongong! The staff was super friendly and didn’t try to push any extra services. They got my car serviced quickly, and it’s running better than ever. Fair pricing, no hidden fees. Definitely coming back.

Very impressed with level of…

Very impressed with level of professionalism and service from Kurt at the sunnybank hills store. Had my tyre puncture repair and minor service done here previously. Recently had my major service undertaken and Kurt and his team kept me informed of work done, took photos of areas of concern and issues identified.

Good customer service

Garage was busy and under pressure with many jobs, yet my Corolla was serviced well and ready when requested. Car felt good driving home. Manager was also friendly despite being very busy. Good customer service.

I needed urgent help on a Saturday…

I needed urgent help on a Saturday afternoon. I tried other companies, they didn’t answer my call even though according to their website they were open. I was seeing that afternoon, took a short time only and the man that I spoke to was helpful and respectful. I couldn’t rate my experience high enough. Thank you 🙏

Simple and quick with great service and workmanship!

It is so simple and easy to call up, make an appointment and get really great service over the phone, at reception and with the work done to the car. I had a slow leak in a tyre from a nail that I didn't notice until a Friday morning when the tyre was almost flat. I called up, gave what info I could (I didn't know the size of the tyre, but mycar did!) and was booked in for a new tyre with the job done (with a warranty) in a matter of hours - so happy!!

Regular Service - Chris and crew

Chris and his mechanica are absolute legends. Super helpful/ genuine and down to earth. Always a pleasure meeting like minded gear-headed people. Servicing was top notch, quick, easy and good value for money.

My car service
My car ensured that they gave me the best deal at the time which was appreciated. They were able to service my car in a timely manner which was extremely convenient. An area that they could improve on is their customer service skills. When I asked some questions I was made to feel dumb, which is not appreciated when you’re a paying customer.

I had a great experience at MyCar…

I had a great experience at MyCar Doncaster East. It was prompt and no fuss for something I urgently needed to be done despite it being a Saturday and the store closing in 40 mins.
It was an experience that gave me reason to look nowhere else in the future when it comes to car or my wife’s.

Amazing customer service

Simple to book in online. they were quick at changing the tires and getting the wheel alignment done, pricing was ok compared to some other places but sometimes you done mind paying a little extra for great customer service with a friendly smile.

Tyler and the workshop boys are great. They are efficient, transparent and always help me understand what’s going on with my car and what I need to do, whether they can fix it or they send me somewhere else. I trust them with fixing my car :)

It was obvious they had a busy day

It was obvious they had a busy day, but they still took my car in as booked, and got the wheel alingment and balance done by the quoted time. The young girl seemed like she knew a thing or two about older Mercs, too, which is always cool!

Trustworthy car care experts

I bring my 2005 Prado in to MyCar Hartwell for globe replacements, tyres and minor servicing. The team are professional, trustworthy and all work done is of a high standard and on time. Customer Service is excellent. It's important to trust the work done on your vehicle and I feel that with this team.

Engine replacement debacle

Had engine changed over on a cruize and had to take it back 3 times, 3 different engines tried, same light on dash everytime, their solution was put E95 in it and it will clear. It didn't, after a month was able to cut my losses and got rid of car in the end. Sylvio would never get back in contact, car was damaged during repairs and no contact despite several "he will call you back". They went missing when things got hard. Stick to small jobs with them i'd suggest.
