Quick response and assistance

I had an issue with a monthly subscription charge that I had not intended to use, as I only needed a CV template for one-time use.

After I sent an email explaining the situation, I received a response from Lea at MakeMyCV within a very short time — I would say around 20 minutes. Lea immediately resolved my issue and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Fast, efficient, professional, and extremely kind. I’m very happy with the service and the way my issue was handled. Highly recommended!
