I just had a great experience with tech support. Dmytro was so very helpful and really knows the product. He had a lot of patience and did not seem rushed. He took time to make sure I got the help I needed!! He offered suggestions and helped me to understand what was happening with the differences of vcards display and features between iphone & android.

These are great products! Granted a little difficult to learn on my own. I could not find any documentation or instructions except a few blog articles. It would be helpful to have some documentation and/or demo videos. Some visuals would help a lot. However, that said, I figured out how to create the products. I found the templates extremely helpful and when combined with questions to tech support, I am feeling very confident in my growing knowledge with the products.

I use this app for personalized QR CODES.
The possibilities are enormous.
Where I am very satisfied with the service is that I made a mistake when choosing the LITE plan and instead of paying for a month, I paid for a year.
I contacted the service via the chatbot and within 5 minutes my PayPal account was refunded.

Actually i create one website for my college and for advertising that web i created lot of poster for one event day in or college . Suddenly i knew that after scanning qr it is showing as that will decrease the user experience for some time. And after talking with support chat team, team help me a lot first the support team take my qr and email and tell the issue of not taking subscription. And actually i didn't about the money subscription about it I just generated, but after knowing this i was fully depressed because I didn't have money to take the subscription of the lowest 1 month because I already used money in the poster creation. And unfortunately and unbelievable thing happens that when I request and tell my problem then he help me a lot and the team remove my ad for that event Day. And it was really very helpful for me... Honestly I have never had such an amazing service by any company. I had an urgent issue and they were solving it immediately. Even needed their developer's help and it didn't take 2 minutes to get it. 5 star service, 100% recommend. Special thanks to Dmytro.

They are a scam!! They start off by offering their service for free, and once you have signed up and generated a QR, they will then hijack your QR code and use that as an Advertisement Board -- ie when someone scans the QR code, ads from Me.QR starts showing up. If you are a business, you are 'forced' to pay for their service to protect your image.

They seem to deliberately not have any ads when you test it out for the first week or 2, and it only appears thereafter, and you are caught unaware.

This goes beyond just unethical and dishonest.

It seems to me that ME-QR works really hard to hide the real link while working equally hard to make sure you click on the pop-up that sent you to some scammer's site.

Please don't use this for your business, your work, or for your class.

QR Me is a cash grab and steals your audience.

I used QR me many times for projects and I have recommended it to many classmates and colleagues but now must rescind this. I was extremely disappointed to find out the QR code used in a university campaign was misdirecting students with the confusing ad pop up.

I respect the use of ads done ethically, but in this situation it led to students accidentally spending money without their consent and many not reaching the intended link due to confusion.

Customer service made no effort to understand my concerns, and only directly me towards the paid subscription despite my request to issue a free trial like offered by many competitors or to change the link to transfer the code to a different service. No compassion nor understanding was shown.

This is a scam. You create a code that seems to work. Later they add advertisements before it sends users to website, unless you pay. Extortion.
