Great value for ethical hosting and the…

Great value for ethical hosting and the ability to easily use Wordpress as well as a simpler editor for clients. Always good communication and service as well.

(I see in their reply they’ve welcomed me as a “new member” but I’ve used them with other email accounts to set up sites for other churches too! Definitely it’s all been good over years of using them)

Superior Customer Service, Excellent Tech Features

MediaServe has been outstanding to work with for my Wordpress hosting. The couple of times I needed support during my initial setup, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Their platform is fast and the features offered go above what other hosts provide. Best of all, they are libertarian and support free speech, so I don't have to worry about being canceled for an opinion I write on my blog; the primary reason I sought these guys out. I see myself as a customer of theirs for a long time to come.

You are in good hands

After 15+ years, I was suddenly faced with changing internet hosts - and feeling uneasy. After choosing Mediaserve (conservative/libertarian based) and after a few exchanges with William, I was totally at ease. He did most of the work, smoothly transferring my site in just a couple of days.

If you are reading this, and thinking about signing up with them, rest assured, you are in good hands.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!

I've had MediaServe hosting for nearly 20 years and have found them to be always responsive, helpful, friendly. I'm not tech-savvy in the sense of setting up websites and back-of-house stuff, and have always received excellent service. I feel the rates are very reasonable.

Best deal for hosting and streaming

I’ve been hosting and streaming with MediaServe for several years. Their selection of services is excellent and more than reasonably priced. Technical support is prompt, courteous and very helpful. I can’t imagine a better fit for my church’s needs.

Technology is constantly changing

Technology is constantly changing, and MediaServe does a great job keeping up with it while seeking to keep customer costs reasonable. When issues do occur, they are quick to respond and restore services. They have always been helpful and mindful; I have used their service for many years.

When I signed up the control panels and…

When I signed up the control panels and login process was a little convoluted but they have since fixed that. Very good pricing for what you get. And the fact they aren't going to censor you or cancel your account if you have the "wrong" political views is a major plus.

Thanks for your feedback, and you're correct regarding the login confusion! For a time we removed the credentials from the welcome email and allowed the hosting plan details link to the panel, because clients who ordered a second plan were provided with an incorrect password due to the fact the account on the panel had already been created.

We had to rewrite the welcome email, provide the login credentials, but warn that subsequent orders would have the password incorrect. It's basically a flaw with the provisioning module and the billing system. Hopefully the panel vendor will find a way to address it!

On Finding Media Serve: My 5 star review

For 20 years or more I have used GoDaddy and another hosting company for my several websites. Over a year ago, I also began an internet radio broadcast. While GoDaddy has always been great at customer service, the constantly increasing cost has been a concern. Then I discovered Media Serve. The customer service is great and even handled all the migration of my websites and domains. They were up without an interruption of service. The cost and value adds to the great service and I am already enjoying the great new relationship.

Excellent support + clear and fair prices!

MediaServe = excellent support + clear and fair prices. It is a huge advantage to host your website on this excellent and small hosting. On MediaServe you are not "a number" when you ask for support, but a person.

I became a MediaServe´s customer on 2012. Along these 10 years, monthly fee has remained the same. No price changes for a decade!

10+ Years With Mediaserve - Wonderful Service!!!

Troy with Mediaserve goes above and beyond in his efforts to ensure the servers are top notch and running great. We have used Mediaserve for over 10 years and the customer service provided for our Church and ministry websites that Mediaserve hosts are absolutely wonderful. Several times Troy has assisted in fixing issues that wasn't even the web servers fault but was discovered to be something we overlooked in our coding. It's very hard to find customer service like this and we've been having it for over 10 years with Mediaserve. Very happy and would highly recommend!

MediaServe is fine if you have a basic…

MediaServe is fine if you have a basic understanding of what you are doing. The price is certainly reasonable. There are many on site tools, but I never had the occasion to use them. Far more is available than my simple site requires. The couple of times I used customer service they were prompt and helpful.

Stumbled upon by accident, and what a great surprise!

I stumbled upon website hosting with MediaServe quite by accident because I was not happy with the other common options I was finding. I happened to find them through a search on TrustPilot for the top hosts and they were right at the top with a great rating -- as a customer, I can say they deserve that great rating. The experience has been almost like going to a little shop where you've shopped your whole life and everybody knows you and greets you warmly, asks how you've been, and generally just make you feel good.

The host service itself is excellent, the whole process of getting hosting and the domain name were very easy. Everything about MediaServe seems to be done in a way that is transparent, honest, and to make things as easy as possible for the customer.

I have told multiple people about MediaServe, from the moment I found them. I would highly recommend them! Way better than any other host I've ever had, and I've had websites up since 2007. They truly deserve our business.

I have had problems many times when I…

I have had problems many times when I try to purchase a domain and hosting even in an existing account. I many times get the fraud notice and it wastes alot of my time also the response time to tickets is a pain.. please I've been forced many time to seek for domain names and the like in other places..

I certainly understand your frustration. However, we do not fulfill orders unless they pass our automated fraud screening. As I've explained, if your order does not pass fraud screening, you are presented with a link to verify your identity so the order can be processed, but you neglected to follow that step.

The ticket you submitted about this order was responded to in 37 minutes.

You entered "Businge Businge" as the first and last name on your new account, which is unlikely to be the proper first and last name on the card you presented for payment, and your Ugandan address is incomplete/inaccurate. These as well as other factors caused our automated fraud screening to decline your order, and rather than verify your identity when presented with that option, you declined. I hardly think any of this is worthy of a one star review.

Finally, you indicated you've experienced this problem with an existing account, but your order is the only one that has been marked fraudulent in the past nearly 5 months!

A true pleasure to work with

I have been working with Media Serve for years, and it has been one of the best experiences of any business relationship I have had. They are responsive to my needs and helpful with solving any issues, which are rare in the first place. They are a true pleasure to work with. I also like supporting and working with fellow Christians.
