My wife, two children, and I applied for the Nomad Visa directly from Europe since we have Israeli passports. The case was not straightforward; we struggled for a long time to obtain a certificate of company registration in Kazakhstan in the required format. Our consultant Kamilla A was incredibly helpful, as it was challenging to find this information publicly.

The feedback on our document package was also very prompt and detailed, and it took several attempts to get everything in the right format. Throughout the process, we received clear instructions, which significantly helped with the preparation.

Prices look fair for what you get. The account UX is well organized and is constantly improved. Our Spanish "digital nomad" case was quite easy (I guess) but with some caveats which nevertheless were straighten out by the team. Demonstrated involvement, strong competence, smooth communication. general impression - I am not sure that I spoke to an expert who understands the nuances of the situation:
- the specialist did not know about the possibility of applying for the Beckham tax regime when working remotely. as if she saw a standard document, a departure certificate, for the first time
- I am afraid that 6 months after the departure date from the departure certificate I will no longer be able to apply, I am not sure about the solution proposed during the consultation
- I did not receive instructions in case of refusal of my appeal
