Any Minted product is a 10/10. The quality, customer service, and their story are all why I keep coming back. Marcus is why I started running and led me to complete my first marathon for the American Cancer Society this year (in my minted running shorts). I’ve got nothing but love for this company and am HYPED about this Chicago drop. I’ll be back once I can afford another hoodie.

I’ve never been disappointed with Marcus and Minted. Been following since Marcus was a “fashion guru” on tik tok, and his concern for the customer experience has only improved. It’s been a blast watching Minted grow, and excited to see what’s in store.

I could not be happier with my products from Minted New York. It is a great customer experience from beginning to end. You can tell how much thought and care they put into each product. On top of the quality of the product, the shipping is also incredibly fast. I order from Texas, but I still get my products within 4-5 days most times. I highly recommend buying from Minted, you won’t regret it!

Only ever had 10/10 experiences with Minted. This order I accidentally set to ship to the wrong address, I emailed minted support and within the hour they responded, changed my shipping address, and got the package sent out. Not to mention the quality of their product is consistently top tier. I'm looking forward to rocking my new post bag!

I received the wrong order but I was willing to keep it if what I originally ordered was out of stock. They not only had more in stock but they told me to keep the wrong order and they were sending out the new order immediately. No hassle, fast responses and great communication. USPS lost my package. The minted team offered me a full refund even though it absolutely was not their fault and was extremely kind and thoughtful in ways to make it right. So much appreciation for their compassion and integrity, couldn't ask for a better company to buy from.

I've ordered three things from Minted and I love each piece I have received. It always arrives much faster than I originally anticipated and the quality is unmatched. The heavy weight t-shirt and sweatshirt are my two favorites and fit like a glove when I throw them on.

10/10 not my first purchase from the brand but I love the work you guys are doing. The discounted hoodies I got were amazing quality and honestly seemed Like I did something wrong because of the steal price. 😂 Love that you guys repurposed the materials and gave them out to supporters of the brand. Shows love for the family. Would be happy to see the same thing happen again with other pieces in regards to samples. So maybe a sample sale if the items are of quality to wear.

Minted has been crushing it for as long as I’ve known about them. The products are ALWAYS exactly as pictured on the website and the quality of the items validates the pricing.
