Good Product, Truly Awful Customer Service
Firstly I would like to state that I think their backpack product is excellent however their customer service is appalling. After buying my second backpack from Nordace it arrived defective. According to their website any defective product will be replaced. However, I was offered a 15% refund, when I replied stating this was not acceptable I received no further communication. I continued to email them requesting a response but have heard nothing. I even raised a new request on their website but still no reply. So please be careful as although the backpack might be good, if you have any issues you are unlikely to get a satisfactory response if any at all.
