Raw tuna arrived warm in the packaging. Both ice packs were melted. Was unable to use as sushi grade tuna not knowing how long it was warm.
Update!! After becoming aware of the issue, Nordic Catch refunded my money without issue. Thank you!!!

We have ordered from NC 16 times & counting. This is the best salmon we have EVER had. We would rather cook their salmon than go to an award-winning restaurant. All the fish, the dog treats, the salt, the vegan - all of it. THE BEST. If we ever have a problem- which is rare- they make sure we are taken care of. Speaking of rare - a company with this kind of concern for their customers' well-being. Thank you NORDIC CATCH. We will be customers for a long, long time.

The customer service was great. I ordered the uni, they called and let me know they would be diving tomorrow and sent out the same day. The uni was absolutely amazing, buttery and sweet. They sent mushroom salt as a gift and I will be buying some as Christmas gifts. The salt is perfect and light and flaky

This has got to be the best seafood delivery service I’ve ever used. Nordic Catch sells fish that is not only tasty but also good for our health because they are sourced from sustainable stocks with minimal impact on the environment. Freshly, packed mackerel I had ordered were so beautiful that I could not resist buying them as soon as possible. Moreover, responsibility towards nature makes me more than happy purchasing their products. Recommend it to all those who love seafood!

Nordic Catch supplies all my favorite seafood these days. There is always fish available that is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly packed every time you go there! They have quite a good customer service – very prompt and helpful people work there. Nordic Catch has really impressed me in a way I cannot explain. Their customer service is on another level, and the range of fish they have is just amazing. I am really very thankful to Nordic Catch for introducing me to its seafood collection. No one can match their seafood when it comes to freshness and quality in my opinion. This is certainly true about the Norwegian salmon and Arctic char which were part of my order, they were just excellent! They also have a bonus point for practicing sustainable fishing, which matters a lot to me personally. If you need fresh fish at a reasonable price, this is your best choice.

Nordic catch has the best fish anywhere. Last night we had tuna which was so fresh, delicious, and melted in your mouth like butter. I subscribe and receive monthly the salmon, Arctic char, and a premium selection, all of which are consistently good. Although the subscription price initially seemed high the fact that you can depend on the fish always being good, nicely cut, and there’s never any waste makes it a true value. Whenever we have their fish for dinner, we always feel like we’re eating at a fancy restaurant ….not to mention the people that work there are super friendly. Highly recommend.

We are always so excited when we purchase from Nordic Catch! We shop at our local farmers' market and love chatting with the vendors. We have always received the best quality fish! We make anything from tasty baked salmon to poke bowls. Its the only place we trust purchasing sushi grade fish.

We tried the salmon and scallops for our first time shopping, both were AMAZING quality and so delicious and fresh.

The salesmen we met at the Calabasas Farmer's Market on 3/23 was also amazing... this man knew about every piece of fish he was selling and was super genuine. You could tell he loves the product he's selling.

I've been ordering from Nordic Catch for the past four years. I've ordered directly from several seafood places throughout the last decade (I love my fish and sushi) but Nordic Catch stands above the rest in terms of quality and customer service.

They were always my favorite for salmon and lox but with all the new offerings they've added in the past few years like ikura, shrimp, lobster plus non-seafood options like Iberico chorizo etc., they've become my main source of protein. Everything is fresh and delicious. I do not want to admit the number of times I've torn into a package of their salmon that just arrived and eaten half of it while chopping it up for a sashimi snack. Also, the smoked fish options have just the perfect touch of salt and smokiness that I can't find anywhere else.

UPS tracking indicates my order, originally supposed to be here Dec. 28th, is now arriving on Jan 3rd. Yesterday's tracking indicated delivery today (12-30-23). Although you were quick to charge my card, all indications are the order is yet to ship. Where is my order?

After finding Nordic Catch at the farmers market, I have been subscribing their fish for almost an year.
The quality of fish is consistently great, and I don’t buy fish at grocery stores anymore.
Due to pandemic and inflation, I have been cooking more at home, and we are happy to be enjoy restaurant quality meal at home.
Their subscription is very convenient and the delivery and communication are always smooth.

Customer service was outstanding. Julian went above and beyond the norm to expedite my order.

I would have rated this experience Five Stars, but the Wagyu filets were not fully frozen (they were shipped from less than 100 miles away, and I paid for the upgraded wrap to keep them frozen), and the quality of the cut does not appear to be anywhere near the others I have purchased (in all fairness, the others were picture perfect—just like the photo in your ad).

Nordic Catch is our go to for fresh fish we can cook at home. We have been ordering from them for years and picking up through our local Larchmont Farmers Market and they never disappoint. We’ve also taken advantage of their delivery service to our home which has been so helpful! With busy work schedules and unexpected events it’s so convenient to have the vacuum sealed packaging that keeps the fish fresh in our fridge for days. Sometimes we won’t get a chance to eat it for 5 or 6 days since purchase and it will taste as good as though we purchased it that day. Incredible! The great customer service and super friendly employees are a bonus and we feel really lucky to have found this gem of a company that nourishes us each week! Thank you Nordic Catch!!!

The vegan salmon has a slimy texture and almost no flavor. Also bought the vegan tuna and calamari but haven't tried them yet
