Very poor quality picture on Canvas.
I got the “Waiting by the door” Memorial for my dog. The quality of the canvas was very poor. It’s a “coarse” canvas that make the photo look pixelated and unclear. I shared my disappointment with the company. They said to send photos of the canvas. I did. That was three days ago. They haven’t responded to my follow up. Very disappointed. I love the poem, the layout. But the quality is very poor and not satisfactory.
