I think they should give you at least…
I think they should give you at least two days to really visit and enjoy the places because we couldn’t even properly appreciate each place we went to. It was more like, “Okay, you’ve seen it, that’s enough, let’s go,” and we didn’t even have time to eat at any point because we were moving so quickly.
I would have liked them to give us at least five or ten minutes at each place so we could actually take our time, admire everything, and really understand and appreciate the attractions.

I had a great experience with InterExchange and was very happy with the support throughout the program. They took great care of me, were always helpful, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The Welcome Days in New York were also a lot of fun and a great way to start the experience. I would definitely recommend InterExchange!

A warm welcome. The New York tour is absolutely fantastic way to walcome the au pairs and calm the nerves. The guidance and the kindness was outstanding!

The LC is unhelpful
The LC changes too much. Finally when we got one that stuck around, she was incredibly rude to the host parents and uniquely unhelpful to the au pair. The onus is on the host parents (most commonly the woman in the relationship if there is one) to help the au pair navigate common challenges an au pair agency is better placed to address. It often feels like the agency is a very expensive scam being pulled on the families and the au pairs.
