My mom was scammed and got $70 deducted…

My mom was scammed and got $70 deducted off her Apple Pay (she didn't even confirm the payment!) A scam. The coach doesn't reply to her messages, clearly one of those business ventures that has a fancy website and no real substance.

If I could give 0 I would
My phone was smashed which meant I had no access over the weekend until it was collected Monday
Money left Monday and I got straight on and advised that I had had an issue and could they help but nope- no refunds apparently
Disgusting
And their sarcastic customer service- no we won’t help but have a lovely day just stinks

Total SCAM

This company violates multiple consumer rights laws. They make you sign in with all of this information before you can see what you are getting into. They have misleading messaging, and they lie about everything. This company is not to be trusted and I urge everyone to make complaints to the State Attorney General, of course they won't tell me what state they are located in. I hope to find it here or with my credit card company. Once I realized they had lied i tried to get out of the sign up, but they had already charged my card a base fee that they are refusing to return even though I canceled the sign up and did not ever log in or use services. This is a total scam and they are violating HIPPA.

Love my coach

I like there is a personal coach assigned to one to help reach their goal. Love Emily K, each time I speak with her, I feel that I can do this.
I like that the meals are simple and easy to follow and calories are worked out for you.

I don't like the fact that is not easy to reach an individual from the customer service who can atleast explain things to customers .
I don't like the chat Bot( robots can never be humans) and so it will be nice to have human available to answer queries in real time. If not , it can come across as if you are a scam.

I don't like that you say one can choose amount they comfortable with to trial your app but in the end you deducted more money from them. For example, I chose £0.50 but you deducted £58 as a month subscription. It is not clear how much monthly payment is .
Payment shouldn't be automatically taken from customers account without them authorising it the right way. Right now , I feel you need to make things more clearer and easy to understand.
If you can take these feedbacks positively and implement them, you are on the road to greater success because you already have something good going.
Once again, love my coach Emily and reaching my goal weight will bring back here for another review.

Trickery! Exactly the same experience as 49% of…

Exactly the same experience as 49% of the reviewers on here!

It's not about helping people and being all wholesome, it's about tricking people into paying more, and then throwing their t's & c's at you, that would take you a week to read before trying out a "simple health tracking" app. And that's what they bank on, that you won't read it. Paid $29 for the 5 minutes I was subscribed to it.

Shameful! And not worth a dime. Rather download my fitnesspal or carb manager, you can do the same for free and they won't try to trick you.

I'm sure a no refund policy is against consumer protection laws?

Worst customer service they Asked £0.5…

Worst customer service they Asked £0.5 for the trial period and deducted £61 automatically for one month subscription which was not even authorised and was hidden in name of trial and I cancelled it on the same day within an hour but no one literally no one is helping in their customer service.
It was a high scam this app is fraud.

Minuses and plusses IMHO

Minuses: -Manage account bot is terrible!!! Recommend remove it immediately and add simple user instructions instead. No need to use bots where they are useless. Bad practice.
- In scheduled dayly workouts the excersises formats are not the same. When there is youtube video it is not posdible to see it in advance during rest, when exercise time starts it takes some time to load it and see it. So, it is not just annoying but also bad practice. Creare your own exersizes in same format, easy loaded.
-Not connected with Samsung gadgets even that it is most recommended topic. Ok, while you are working on providing it allow to enter steps manually. Sorry if you have such option, then I have not found it in two days.
-And heare we come to next point- some parts of the app is not intuituitive at all, lots of unnecessary text in small shrift but not one usefull button which I would expect there to be.
- Once again- remove that useless bot!
-Almost forgot, where I can change my location country manually? Nowhere! Sorry, do not want share my location data with app where there is no need in it. Maybe I could think about if you would provide list of groceries from local store with all nutrition information about it.
-Too complex for user in general. Even if you had a lot of processes in background it could look easier for users.
-That high five thing after marking completed every small goal during the day is nice in first day. Next day it is annoying extra click.

Pluses:
-Live coach is very good feature and great that real and knowing person is there on the other side.
-Had initial call and conversation with Emily K, great person, dedicated to her work and looks truly involved in helping client to reach the goal and find the non standard apprach in case of issues.

Absolute scam please stay away from this app do not sign up for any trial they are complete con artists and just scam you for your money they take without your permission then inform you that they have a no refund policy. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

This app has a ton of great information…

This app has a ton of great information and is a great way to hold yourself accountable for what you put into your body on a daily basis and how much you move. My personal coach is Emily K. When we spoke, it was clear that she sincerely cares about her clients and has a passion for nutrition and helping people maintain their well-being. She is very kind and we came up with a feasible plan that suits my crazy schedule.

SCAMMERS NEED SHUTTING DOWN

Daughter signed up for 7 day FREE trial and was immediately scammed of £30! Bank won’t do a refund because she’s under 18 and the company won’t refund. Sounds like they’re doing this to most people and need closing down. SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS, literally stealing from children!!

Aldrabões! Passem longe deles!

Esta empresa te oferece um trial de 7 dias e no mesmo dia te cobra o valor mensal de 70 euros!!! Ao contata-los dizem que aceitei ter um mes pago sem direito a reembolso.

São uns grandes aldraboes! Passem longe deste app!!!!

P.S. I exchanged several emails and the last person said I should read the terms. The pois is that they were never presented. You are thieves!

Working with Meike is fabulous

Working with Meike is fabulous, she was always following up with me, ensuring I am on the right track, and encouraged me to keep up with my plan till I achieved it.

Living my best life now ! No regrets

The experience I have had so far with my coach Nobantu V has been positive. Coach is always in contact with me. Provides great feedback and also encourages me to go extra step. I was not sure I wanted to join but this has been by far the best experience I have had in my weight loss journey. I encourage anyone who is thinking about joining to join you will not regret it .
