My car has a feature which shows when my car is driven… it documents every trip since it’s a corporate vehicle. While my car was in their lot it was driven 25 miles. I called them and I notified them that my car was taken off the lot. They denied it even though I had proof! Horrible service and can’t be trusted.

We have been using AirPark for many years. Apparently you have cut down on personnel. The last 2 trips we have waited almost 45 minutes from the time we called until pickup from our terminal.

Courteous and efficient service - staff was kind, helpful, no attitude, professional. Almost no wait for shuttle to airport. Pick up super fast and car was out and waiting. Payment quick & out the gate! This is a bare-bones operation, a bit gritty outside but well-run! Used them before, will again, without hesitation.

Fast, friendly service. No delay in checking in or getting over to the airport on the shuttle. Same way returning. Clean shuttle. All personnel were professional and courteous. Safe, and secure parking area. Hassle free all the way around.

First time using a parking service... WAS SUPER NERVOUS! Booking online was a breeze! Driving to this
business was a breeze! The guys inside explained everything in regards to what I needed to do when I returned to get a return shuttle FROM Laguardia! Whew! Jumped on shuttle to GO to Laguardia with all my worries GONE!

From drop-off to the shuttle rides to and from the terminals and picking up my car to go home, I have had hassle-free experiences every time I've used Air Park LGA for the last five years.

Everybody is very friendly and professional, and they run the free airport shuttle on an as-needed basis. Looking into other airport parking vendors, they (as far as I could determine) only run the shuttle on an hourly basis. That has a huge impact on coordinating one's travel time. AirPark is super convenient to the terminal, and they run an efficient operation.

I parked my car at Air Park Laguardia for three days.
The online reservation was easy to complete. The Air Park shuttle had me at the Laguardia terminal quickly.
The return trip to pickup my car up was just as easy. Everyone there was professional and friendly.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Dropped car off and immediately hopped on shuttle bus. Got dropped off at LGA within minutes. Upon return, I called the office and they had the shuttle pick us up within minutes. Our car was already waiting for us.
These guys know what they’re doing. I can’t recommend them enough.

Arrival and departure were very easy. Drop-off at the airport was quick but we did have to wait a bit when returning which is unusual. Hopefully it was just congestion from the holiday weekend.

These folks are always so friendly and accommodating. I get so stressed with traveling but this part is the least stressful for me. I never worry about me getting to the airport from the lot in no time. I would not go back to parking at LGA again.
